How can I make a reservation?

The best way is to check the Calendar for availability,  and if there are dates that fit your schedule, email us at info@whitepinecottages.com. You can also call Svitlana at (613) 338-2655. We will need a 30% deposit (preferably by e-transfer) at the time of the booking and the balance needs to be paid by the time of your arrival to the cottage.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy is full refund you you cancel at least 30 days prior to your booking date. There will be no refund if you cancel less than 30 days before the booked date. If we are able to book  the cancelled dates with another guest, we will send you your deposit back. 

What makes your resort different from others?

1. We strive to keep the cottages super clean. Floors, bathroom and kitchen surfaces are sanitized after each stay, the mattresses are treated with UV-lights and are vacuumed with special equipment to remove sand and dust. 

2. We also offering the canoes, kayaks, a pedal boat and paddleboards at no charge. Same goes for the firewood. 

3. Our mission is to assure you have everything you need to enjoy the stay.  Svitlana  is working at the resort full-time and is always one phone call or text away. 

What do I need to bring to the cottage?

As a minimum, please bring your groceries and bedding. The beds have only mattresses and mattress covers in them. If you forgot to bring your bedding or towels, we can rent you these. 

Do you allow pets?

Yes! Responsible dog owners are always welcome at our cottages. We no longer allow birds or cats. 

What is the check in and check out time?

Check-in time is 4 pm (could be earlier  - please confirm with Svitlana prior to your arrival)

Check-out is 10 am. If you would like to stay longer at the resort - you are welcome to stay on the beach and common area but we will need to start preparing the cottage for the next guest to allow sufficient time for cleaning.
