$25.00 extra per extra person to a max of 6 people in cottage

$25.00 extra per dog for a weekly visit (*conditions apply)
must be neutered /sprayed and vaccinated
Please leave your cottage clean when you leave,
or cleaning charges will apply
All prices quoted are in Canadian funds.
Applicable Taxes are extra (HST 13%)
A 35% deposit is required and is refundable with 60 days notice less $50.00 Admin fee. Balance is due on arrival.
No personal cheques as final payment.
Mandatory VISA or MasterCard
All bookings under one week require payment in full.
Check in time is 2:00pm, Check out time is 10:00am
Pets are welcome but must be leashed.

Refund Policy
For cancellation with 60 Days Notice
we will Refund of your 35% Deposit LESS $50.00 administration fee.
For cancellation between 59 and 30 Days your deposit will be held and used
toward a future visit, dates to be set within the season originally booked
in if available and/or within the same year of original booking.
For cancellation with less than 30 Days Notice prior to arrival date,
no Refund will be possible regardless of reason.
Should it be necessary for you to depart earlier than your confirmed reservation dates,
you will be responsible for the original cost of the booking in full.
